Rural Development Loan Fund--Office of Community Services. HHS. Proposed rule

The Secretary of Health and Human Services proposes new regulations governing the Rural Development Loan Fund [RDLF]. These regulations embody changes in existing regulations [45 CFR Subpart 1076.50] including a new definition of "rural" and certain amendments and refinements to clarify and make more specific the requirements of the regulations with a view toward strengthening the administration of the program.
