| 摘 要： | 全国检察机关第二期省级院领导班子成员研修班、基层检察院检察长轮训班今天开班了.举办这两个培训班是我们检察机关加强队伍建设的重要举措,也是检察系统的一件大事.借此机会,我想讲一讲深刻认识检察机关职能作用、不断加强法律监督能力建设的问题.这是我们当前面临的一个需要认真思考并努力实践的重大课题.
