| 摘 要： | 证人保护在我国的法律体系及司法实践中是相对薄弱的一个环节,这也导致了绝大部分的证人不出庭作证,仅以言词证据由公诉人呈现给法庭予以质证,甚至出现证人拒绝作证等情况。要改变这种状况,必须从制度着手,制定相应的法律,确保证人作证后的人身和财产安全。

| Abstract: | Witness protection is a frail segment in law system and judicature practice in China,so most witness can’t attest in law court,but public prosecutors afford proof of words to the court and thus result in that witnesses refuse to give evidence in court.The author wants to discuss how to improve the system in order to promote our law reformation. |
