从"民工荒"现象看企业对员工的责任

摘    要:当前日益升温的“民工荒”正向中国劳动力成本优势发出警告。尤其在沿海地区,“民工荒”更加严重。“民工荒”的出现,一方面表明资方必须对劳动者承担责任,企业对员工的责任主要体现在为他们营造良好的工作环境、定期培训员工等方面,同时资方也要有社会责任和道义方面的责任;另一方面表明农民工权利意识的增强和对自身利益的保护。

Abstract:Recently,"Migrant Worker shortage",a threat to Chinese labor cost advantage,is getting more and more serious,especially in the coastal areas.It shows that the employers must bear the responsibility for employees,mainly in creating good work environment and keeping regular training for employees and so on.Meanwhile,the enterprises should have social and moral responsibilities.It also shows that the migrant workers have enhanced their sense of right and protection of their own interests.
