Analysis of the Concept of Governing a Country by Law

There naturally exists contradiction among the market economy, harmonious society and national public power. Government by law is the unique way to solve this contradiction, best route to rule by law. The essence of running a country by law lies in making use of the good law to control and restrain the national public power, prevent it from expanding and abusing at will so as to ensure the citizen's right better, promote people's overall development and harmonious progress of the society. The national public power under the government by law should agree with the following several principles: popular sovereignty, limited power and decentralization of power and openness. It is our politics and law workers' sacred mission to carry forward the spirit governed by law, insist on running the country according to law.
