| 摘 要： | 随着“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”方略的全面实施,对《中华人民共和国宪法》的学习贯彻也在各个领域不断深入进行。依法治国实际上就是依宪治国。因此,我们要认真学习宪法,把握宪法精神,发现和解决宪法实施保障过程中存在的问题,以适应现阶段经济社会发展的需要。
