创新社会治理的思考

当前我国处于发展的重要战略机遇期，又处于社会矛盾凸显期，社会建设面临前所未有的挑战。党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》明确指出“：创新社会治理，提高社会治理水平。”创新社会治理体制不仅有助于进一步解放和增强社会活力，而且有助于增强我们对中国特色社会主义制度的自信。创新社会治理，要从观念上完成由社会管理到社会治理的转变，改进社会治理方式，激发社会组织活力，创新预防和化解社会矛盾体制，健全公共安全体系。

Thinking on Innovating Social Governance

At present, China is in an important period of strategic opportunities for development, but also in the period of prominent social con-flicts, and social development is facing unprecedented challenges.“Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Ma-jor Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform”, adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CCCPC, clearly states：“Innovating in social governance, improving the level of social governance”. Innovative social management system not only helps further liberate and enhance so-cial vitality, but also helps strengthen our confidence in socialist system with Chinese characteristics. To innovate in social governance, we must finish the transformation from the social management to social governance from our concept of mind, improve the way of social governance, stimulate the dynamic of social organization, innovate in the system of preventing and resolving social conflicts, and improve public safety system.
