| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款是我国对普通高校经济困难学生所采取的一项重大资助措施，但存在着一定程度的学生欠贷、银行惜贷、后期管理难等问题。本文就此问题进行了分析，并提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | The student loans by state is a major supporting policy to help with the economic difficulties students in the normal universities and colleges, but there is still problems such as student debt, the reluctance of banks to lend and the difficult control of post - processing. Only by strengthening and reforming the credit education for the students, build and perfect the national individual credit system, modify the modes of loans, enlarge and strengthening the power of control and enact various repayment methods, the student loans by state can effect properly and promote the correct development of the whole country＇s higher education. |
