| 摘 要： | 仲裁员责任制度是现代仲裁制度发展过程中一个不可忽视的问题,对此各国理论及实践中均存在不同的主张和做法,我国内地与港澳台地区在这一问题上的规定也各不相同。因此,重视对我国内地与港澳台地区仲裁员责任制度的研究,在立法上互相借鉴、取长补短,是完善我国仲裁员责任制度的可取的之路。

| Abstract: | The reliability system of arbitrators is an unneglectable problem during the development of modern arbitration system,on which the countries worldwide have different opinions and modus operandis,including China Mainland and HongKong,Macao,Taiwan.So it is a preferable way for perfecting the reliability system of arbitrators of China to attach importance to the research of the reliability system of arbitrators between China Mainland and HongKong,Macao,Taiwan and use for reference. |
