| 摘 要： | 犯罪行为受犯罪心理的影响和支配,犯罪心理的形成因素复杂多样,概括起来不外乎主体因素和主体外因素.个体价值观作为犯罪心理的心理因素之一,在犯罪心理形成的认知、情感、意志过程中分别起到过滤、催化、推动的作用.本文从价值观角度剖析犯罪心理的形成,旨在展开加强主导价值观教育从而预防和减少犯罪的新视角.

| Abstract: | Criminal psychology would influence and control criminal acts.The forming factors of criminal psychology are complex and diversity,but could be summed up as the two of individual factors and environmental factors.As one of the factors in criminal psychology,individual value shows its functions in the process of forming criminal psychology,including its filtering function in cognition,its catalyzing one in sensibility and its regulation one in will.The paper has analyzed the formation of criminal psychology based on values,and aims at leading the values education for crime prevention and reduction. |
