| Abstract: | Crimes of producing and marketing fake Commodities and crimes of infringing on intellectual property charged by Peo- ple's Procuratorate of Haidian District Beijing City from the year 2001 to 2005 reflected several primary circumstances and char- acteristics of them,at the same time problems concerning law application and judicial procedureappeared including the ambigui- ty of constitutive elements of the crime and problematic judicial expertise,etc. |
