| 摘 要： | 通过对职业指导理论的前提假设、基本环节、基本任务的分析,指出成人高校学生职业指导理论的导向方面存在一个两难选择———职业指导理论是强调"适应",还是强调"发展",正确处理好"适应"与"发展"的关系,应该是新时代成人大学生职业指导理论的基本任务。
