摘    要:以自制的JL-02探针进行了DNA指纹分析,对北京地区无关个体进行了调查,计算出任意两无关个体的偶合机率为6.6×10-15;家系分析表明,谱带在亲代与子代间的传递符合孟德尔遗传规律;同一个体不同组织的DNA指纹图相同;混合斑精子DNA指纹图与相应男性血液DNA指纹图完全相同;该探针对0.5μg的基因组DNA杂交,可获得清晰可辩的DNA指纹图。证明了新探针适用于法医物证检验中的个人同一认定及亲子鉴定。

APPLICATION OF JL-02 PROBE FINGERPRINTS IN FORENSIC SCIENCE
Abstract:A new version of multilocus probe (JL-02)was developed to detect human genomic DNA fingerprints.The resulting DNA fingerprints were highly polymorphic.To determine the variability of JL-02 fingerprints,DNA samples form a panel of 25 unrelated chinese on the same membrande were fingerprinted using probe JL-02.Pairwise comparisons of the DNA fingerprints showed that the probability of two unrelated indiveduals having identical profiles is 6.6×10-15.Pedigree analysis showed that these polymorphic fragments were stably inherited and segregate in a Mendelian fashion.In addition,DNA fingerprints obtained form diffirent tissues of the same individual were identical .These results comfirmed that JL-02 fingerprints were germ-line and somatic stable .Our preliminary results demonstrate that JL-02fingerprints are suitable are suitable for forensic case work.
