摘    要:新加坡的双语教育和“推广华语运动”对于近代新加坡社会的发展产生了广泛深远的影响。从心理语言学的角度来看,双语儿童是否可以在第一语言中建立语言形式与语言功能的稳定定位系统,将在很大程度上决定双语儿童第一与第二语言的顺利转换。

Abstract:The bilingual education and Speak Mandarin Campaign in Singapore have exerted a profound and great influence on the Singapore society.From the point of psycholinguistics,the key element to ensure a bilingual child's smooth transfer from the first language to the second language is to establish a stable system between the language form and the language function in the child's first language.
