| 摘 要： | 侦查行为经济效益的产生是一个复杂的系统工程运作的结果,这个过程是侦查人员主体要素、案件要素、行为本身生成经济效益要素、科技含量要素、社会要素等系统要素作用与合成的过程,正是这些影响经济效益的系统因素彼此之间的运动、连接、贯通、结合、比较、分析、考察、鉴别,从而保证了侦查行为经济效益再生和重构的实现。

| Abstract: | The economic benefits of investigative acts are the outcomes of a complicated operation of systematic process,during which the essential factors of the main body of investigation staff,the case element,the element to produce economic benefits by the acts themselves,the element of scientific contents and social element all function and combine together,it is all these systematic elements that guarantee to realize the regeneration and re-construction of economic benefits of investigative acts through interacting,connecting,comprehending,combining,comparing,analyzing,observing and distinguishing. |
