| 摘 要： | 在金融危机背景下,开展信用销售成为拉动内需、扩大消费的有效手段之一.由于信用销售是企业通过分期付款、延期付款等方式进行销售的交易方式,对处于债权人地位的企业而言,最直接的法律风险就是货款的安全.在风险发生后,尽快采取有效的救济手段无疑成为减少损失最直接、最有力的方法.
