| 摘 要： | 面对全球一体化及中国加入世贸组织后我国严峻的治安状况的现实,我们应本着与时俱进 的精神,深刻审视维护社会稳定的理念,重新定位警察在维护社会稳定中的职能。维护社会稳定不再只 是警察部门独揽的警务工作,必须组织和动员群众积极参与,还权于民才是维护社会稳定的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Being up against the serious situations of peace order after the incorporate global economy and entering the WTO, we should understand the idea of maintaining social stabilization deeply and value the function of police in maintaining social stabilization over again. Maintaining social stabilization is no longer the particular work of public security organs, so we must organize and mobilize the mass to participate actively. To give the power back to the people is the only way for us to maintain the social stabilization. |
