| 摘 要： | "9·11"事件发生后,美国政府为堵塞安全漏洞,防止恐怖袭击,在安全管理领域内广泛、深入地推行风险管理方法.经过一年实践,不仅达到了预期的反恐目标,而且在安全生产、抑制犯罪,增加公众安全感方面也收到良好的社会效果,对我国相关领域的安全管理工作有重要启示.

| Abstract: | After "9.11" terrorist attack, in order to block the loopholes in security and prevent further terrorist attacks, the US government has been pursuing the risk management approach widely and deeply in security fields. Through one year's practice, not only did the US government attain the expected goal of anti-terrorism, but achieved good social effects in operational safety, crime prevention, and increasing public sense of security, which also produce essential enlightenment to the security management in our country's relevant fields |
