| 摘 要： | 在我国现有的外资并购监管方面的法律还存在诸多不足和遗憾，借鉴国际经验，立足我国实际，构建完善的外资并购监管法律体系是规范外资并购的理性选择，该体系主要应包括《外资并购法》、《外商投资企业法》、《产业法》和《反垄断法》。

| Abstract: | A good many shortcomings and defections remain to be desired in the laws about foreign-capital M&A.It is a rational choice to construct a perfect legal supervision system of foreign-capital M&A that should learn from international experience and base on the reality of our country.This system should include foreign-capital M&A law,foreign-investment law,industry law and antimonopoly law. |
