| 摘 要： | 我国少数民族多分布在西部地区,各民族所创造的非物质文化遗产作为中华文化的重要组成部分,是中华民族的固有财富。加强对少数民族非物质文化遗产的保护,实施西部大开发战略,增进民族团结,促进西部地区的经济、社会、文化协调发展具有重要意义,但我国目前对少数民族非物质文化遗产的法律保护仍有不足,需要进一步完善。

| Abstract: | As China's minority almost locates the western regions,intangible cultural heritage of all minorities,an important component of Chinese culture,is inherent wealth of China nation.It is of important significance to enhance the protection of intangible cultural heritage of minority,to realize the strategy of western development,to improve national unity and to promote coordinate development of economy,society and culture.However,we should perfect its legal protection which is still insufficient. |
