| 摘 要： | 提升乡镇政府执行力,是建设服务型政府和社会主义新农村的必然要求。提高乡镇行政领导干部的执行能力是提升乡镇政府执行力的重中之重。从提高领导干部组织管理能力、开拓创新能力、领导激励能力三个方面提出了乡镇行政领导干部执行能力的建议,以期能为实践提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The promotion of executive ability of township government is the necessary requirement of building service-oriented government and new socialist countryside.The improvement of executive ability of rural officials is vital to it with the suggestion of strengthening their management ability,innovation ability and motivation ability,which are respected to bring some helpful reference. |
