| 摘 要： | 居民消费率是反映宏观经济运行状况的重要指标。近些年我国西部地区居民消费率不断下降,投资率则不断上升,投资成为地区经济增长的主要动力,这种状况不利于西部地区经济长期健康稳定地发展。要改善西部地区经济增长结构,必须扩大内需,提高居民消费率。
