| Abstract: | The priority of principle ecological environment protection is on the basis of urgent need of improving the situation of ECO-environment and the objective reality of sustainable development of economy and society in China. As to promoting the harmonious and sustainable development and establishing the harmony of human being and nature, keeping priority of protection and taking positive measures in order to attempt to the aims of protection and construction of ECO-environment is of very importance. |
