从青少年弱势群体现状考察中国青少年政策的调整

在社会进步、经济发展与文化变迁的社会转型时期,青少年弱势群体逐渐形成,其形成与目前我国青少年政策形式分散、体系不完善等直接相关。为维护和保障青少年弱势群体生存与发展的权益,我国青少年政策必须强势关注青少年弱势群体发展的利益,鼎力支持青少年弱势群体利益发展的需要。

A study in the policy adjustment for the Chinese youth and juveniles from the viewpoint of the current state of the youngster vulnerable groups

In the era of social transformation with the features of social progress, economic development and cultural change, the vulnerable groups of youngsters have become formed. The formation of such vulnerable groups is directly related to the dispersion of youth policies in form and an unconsummated system for the policies. In order to protect the rights of living and development for youth, the key point for the Chinese youth policies should be specified in the right of youth for their development and in the support for the interest enrichment of the youngster vulnerable groups.
