现阶段经济发展与科技创新状态的整体思考

陷入L型困局的实体经济发展,寄望于科技创新注入活力,目前并未取得实质性进展。而科技创新仍限定原始创新、集成创新和引进技术再创新这三种传统方式上,归属于资源思维模式。由经济社会的建模演绎,发现还存在有经济发展的制度思维模式,即把产权制度由私产权转为公产权,科技创新的方向也由传统方式转变到为公产权经济提供低成本劳动平台和用人少的技术方案,同时指出中产人群可以成为公产权经济的主要依靠力量。

Overall Reflections on Current Economic Development and Technological Innovation

Currently, substantial economy development worldwide is stuck in the L Pattern, and looks forward to the stimulus of technological innovation. However, there is little progress achieved. Scientific and technological innovation is still limited to three traditional ways: original innovation, integrated innovation and innovation of introduced technology, which belong to resource thinking mode. This paper, based on the modeling of economics and society, discovers system thinking mode of economic development, which is transforming private property rights to public property rights. Scientific and technological innovation has shifted to public property economy. The new thinking mode also suggests proposal of low-cost labor platform and fewer human labor technical proposals. Meanwhile, it also points out middle class can become the main force for public property economy.
