东莞智造:广深科技创新走廊的支撑点、着力点与生长点

广深科技创新走廊是粤港澳大湾区城市群创新的重要尝试,而通过整合城市间创新资源促进科技成果转化和先进制造业发展则是其应有之义和重要支撑。该文从区域协同视角出发,论述了东莞在广深科技创新走廊中所扮演的苗圃-孵化器-加速器角色,以及东莞大科学装置建设与产城融合式发展对制造业转型升级的基础性意义,并从政-产-学-研-金-服-用多个维度给出对策建议,对于新常态下中国经济高端化、实体化、国际化发展具有凸出的理论和现实价值。

Dongguan Intelligent Manufacturing: Support Point,Force Point and Growth Point for Scientific and Technological Innovation Corridor between Guangzhou and Shenzhen

The scientific and technological innovation corridor between Guangdong and Shenzhen is an important attempt for Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Bay Area regional innovation. The integration of innovation resources will promote the commercialization research findings and the development of advanced manufacturing. This paper, from the perspective of regional integrated development, illustrates the three roles Dongguan plays in the corridor: nursery garden, incubator and accelerator, and explores the significance of building large-scale scientific facilities and integrated development to the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing. This paper also provides some countermeasures from many aspects, which are of theoretical and pragmatic value to the Chinese economy in terms of high-end, substantial and international development.
