| 摘 要： | 文章以苏州为例分析了外商直接投资（FDI）是中国部分地区农民失地的直接原因，重新分析了被中国学者忽视的引进FDI的过程中政府与外资企业对解决失地农民就业所起到的重要作用。同时提到了要加强政府的监管职能，提出建立一种平衡机制，达到社会的和谐的目标。

| Abstract: | The article analyzed foreign direct investment(FDI) , which is the direct cause of peasants losing the land from the evidence of Suzhou, reanalyzed the introduction of FDI and foreign-government process for resolving employment land-expropriated peasants played an important role, which is often overlooked by Chinese Scholars. At the same time, referred to the need to strengthen the regulatory functions, setting up a kind of balanced mechanism was proposed to reach the harmonious goal of the society. |
