| 摘 要： | 随着城市化和工业化进程的加快,城市土地供应的重要性越来越突出。本文阐述了我国现行城市土地供应机制的发展历程和特征,分析了土地供应机制中存在的问题,提出了完善土地储备机制,清理闲置土地,用好存量土地,健全土地供应市场,完善相关政策法规,保证土地市场的正常运行等相关对策。以助推经济发展方式的转变。
