| Abstract: | Coefficient of obtain employment flexibility were declining before 2000,It was rising sharply after 2000.This paper pointed out that the reform of state-owned collective units is the reason for the decrease of employment elasting coefficient.On the basis of the above analysis,the paper further puts forward the direction and focus of Beijing economy and social policy adjustment. |
