| 摘 要： | 吉林省政府绩效评估制度是吉林省对政府管理创新工作的积极探索。由于政府绩效评估是政府管理中出现的新型管理工具,因而这一制度的不断完善就显得尤为重要。本文不仅对吉林省政府绩效评估制度进行分析,而且对这一制度的完善和改进提出了意见和建议,其目的在于不断推进政府管理的科学化水平。
