探析我国文化体制改革的新发展

当前,我国文化发展的环境和条件发生了深刻的变化,只有加快文化体制改革的步伐,才能冲破传统体制束缚,使文化更具活力和竞争力;才能有效地利用和开发现有的文化资源,借助文化建设夯实社会凝聚力。本文归纳了改革开放以来我国文化建设和文化体制改革取得的成绩,分析了当前我国文化体制改革存在的问题,并提出了相应建议,以期对我国文化体制改革的发展有所裨益。
