| 摘 要： | 本文收集并分析了2000-2009期间我国社保基金理事会的资金运营状况,认为社保基金的运作要平衡谨慎投资和扩大赢利能力的关系,在分析金融危机影响的基础上,对我国社保基金的运作模式提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | This paper collected and analyzed the operational data of National Council for Social Security fund during the period of 2000-2009,and draw the conclusion that the operation of Nation Council for Social Security fund should balance the relationship between prudent investment and expanding profitability.Then,based on the analysis of the effects of the financial crisis,this paper gave some recommendation for the operation of the Social Security Fund of China. |
