“90后”大学生素质教育工作探析

摘    要:他们出生于20世纪90年代,被称为90后。他们在信息爆炸的网络时代成长,在各种思想文化互相激荡的环境中学习,他们的世界观、人生观、价值观具有与以往时代不同的特点。因此,新时期的大学生素质教育工作应当采取符合90后大学生思想、性格特征的教育方式。文章首先从三方面分析了90后大学生素质现状,经探索后,提出四点建议:第一,注重素质教育工作开展的协调性;第二,增强90后大学生的党性修养;第三,提高学生的人际交往能力;第四,强调思维互动,实现教学相长。

Abstract:They were born in the 1990s,known as the ’post-90s generation’.They are Growing under the information explosion age,and learning in the environment including variety of ideological and cultural.They take different characteristics to the previous era on the outlook of the world,the life,and the values.Therefore,the quality education for all-around development of college students should agree with the 90s’ ideological and character education.This paper analyzed four aspects of quality education about 90s’ generation status quo,and proposed four advices as follows.Firstly,the quality education work should be carried out coordinately;second,enhance the party spirit of the 90 college students;third,to improve students’ interpersonal skills;fourth,the emphasis on the interaction of thinking,both benefit teaching and learning.
