陕西特色农业发展中的问题与对策

陕西具有发展特色农业的良好条件。近年来,陕西特色农业发展较快,但由于广大农民缺乏市场经营意识和生产经营技术,缺乏有效的合作组织和辐射带动能力强的龙头企业,政府在信息、技术、金融等方面服务不力,导致产品质量不高、产销规模较小。与发达省区相比,陕西特色农业发展相对落后,资源潜力未得到充分发挥。陕西发展特色农业,应着力于提高特色农产品的生产者、经营者和地方政府的市场意识,实施特色农产品名牌战略,加大特色农产品的宣传推广力度,完善特色农产品生产的技术、金融服务支持体系,组织专业协会,培育发展龙头企业,推行标准化生产,加强产后的商品化处理。

To speeded up the development of Shaanxi specialty crops, the market consciousness of the local government the farmer and the marketer must be raised, brand market strategies must be applied, more advertisement must be put foreword, technique support system must be build up, standardize production must be adopted, processing after harvest must be strengthen, and the professional association must be organized, the group leader business enterprise must be encouraged.
