关于当前群体性事件的思考

当前,由人民内部矛盾引发的群体性事件迅速上升,呈现出数量增多、行为偏激、组织与规模扩大等新的趋势。多发、不可控的群体性事件导致公共财产损失和人员的伤亡,影响了社会秩序的稳定和国家的安全,进而形成无休止地挑战现行社会秩序的恶性循环。因此,必须高度重视群体性事件的预警防范、果断处置和善后处置工作,为经济社会的和谐、快速发展奠定稳定的社会治安环境。

Reflection on Current Group Events

At present,there is a rapid increase in group events as a result of contradictions within the ranks of the people,which shows a trend of rising numbers,extreme behaviors,and expansion of organizations and scales.Multiple,non-controlled group events led to public property losses and casualties,affecting the stability of social order and national security,thus forming an endless challenge to the existing social order in a vicious circle.We must attach great importance to an early warning against group events,decisive handling and disposal of rehabilitation work for the economic and social harmony and rapid development of a stable social security environment.
