| Abstract: | To organize trade unions in non-public owned enterprises,we should carry out the Party's guiding line of wholeheartedly relying on the working class,and give full play to trade union's role of protect legal rights of workers and staff.At present,there are many difficulties and problems of organizing trade unions.We should start anything in view of reality and insist on innovation in the work. |
