| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping * s theory on rural reform is comprehensive. It includes the idea that rural reform is the basis of other reforms, the idea of two leaps, the idea of coordinating urban reform with rural reform, the idea of developing rural enterprises, the idea of innovation, the idea of the nature of rural reform, and so on. Carefully studying Deng Xiaoping' s theory on rural reform is both theoretically and practically essential to solving the rural problems, the agriculture problems and the peasant problems in China. |
