| Abstract: | To tighten up the administration of homesteads in villages in the context of building the new socialist countryside,we need to improve policies in force,such as working out rational and scientific plans and implementing policies on farmland protection,appropriately dealing with problems of one household with more homesteads,by distinguishing among differing cases,earnestly improving the legal system of land intended for collective use and strengthening the examination,approval and administration systems of land intended for homesteads use. |
