| 摘 要： | 面对 2 1世纪犯罪状况和治安形势的变化 ,我们要充分认识到新时期我国犯罪的现状与特点给治安防控工作提出的挑战 ,治安防控不仅要对现有的犯罪对策措施进行深刻的反思 ,抛弃旧的不适合时代要求的对策措施 ,继续保留和不断优化那些对今天和以后有用的对策措施 ,而且还要不断开拓 ,不断创新 ,制定出新的、适合时代需要的科学对策措施 ,促进治安防控工作健康、有序地发展。

| Abstract: | Facing with the change of crime condition and security situation,we fully realize the present situation and characteristic of Chinese crime in modern ages make great challenges to our security defense. Public security should not only self-examine our current countermeasures against crime deeply,discard old and inapplicable countermeasures,keep and improve the countermeasures which are useful to the present and future. Furthermore,we should make innovations constantly,work out new scientific and applicable countermeasures to improve the development of security defense healthily and orderly. |
