关于完善法律援助程序制度的思考

我省建立和实施法律援助制度走过了整整12年。总体上看，随着两个《条例》①的颁布实施，法律援助制度创建阶段的各项任务基本完成．并已进入到一个发展和完善的新阶段。认真总结12年来的探索和实践，客观分析法律援助工作中存在的问题，将有助于我们明确思路，抓住机会，从而实现合理配置法律援助资源，并最大限度地满足弱势群体法律援助需求的目的。

Thought of Perfecting the System of Legal Aid

In our province, the legal aid system has been established for whole 22 years. Generally speaking, with two regulations promulgated, the legal aid system has completed its tasks of the establishing stage, and has stepped into a new stage of development. Summing up the 12 years of exploration and practice, and objectively analyzing the existing problems in the work will help us define our train of thought and seize the opportunity so as to realize the reasonable allocation of resources and satisfy the disadvantaged groups＇ demand of legal aid.
