对高职院校秘书专业人才培养模式改革的思考

本文从对秘书专业人才培养困境分析入手,得出培养模式重通用、轻声专才为最大弊端的结论.为改变这一现状,应立足高职院校行业办学的资源优势,建立行业秘书教育人才培养模式,以培养满足具体行业需求的专用秘书人才.该培养模式以应用性、专用性、适应性为改革原则,以强化实践教学、实施特色教育为基本思路,构建包括人才培养目标、专业知识和能力构成、专业课程板块的行业秘书课程体系,并辅之以教材、师资队伍、实践基地建设作保障.
