| 摘 要： | 近年来,全国各地基层公安机关进行了刑侦和派出所工作改革,基层战斗实体———派出所和责任区刑警中队在改革中能否做到既明确职责,又相互密切协作,是关系到这两项改革能否取得胜利的关键问题。如何在改革中建立高效的队所协调机制,更好地做好打防结合工作,这是公安机关面临的一个新的课题。

| Abstract: | During the recent years,the basic-level public securities organs all over our country have carried out reforms in criminal investigation and the work of police substations.Whether the police substations and the criminal police teams can fulfill their own duties and cooperate each other is the key to the reform.Therefore,our public security organs are faced with a new problem of how to establish effective cooperative mechanism between police substations and criminal police teams and how to combine the attack with defense effectively. |
