Global environmental question is outstanding day by day,which has already become the hot question that various countries have paid close attention to. All sorts of origins of environmental ethics contain extreme greed of the capital,absolute paramountcy of science and technology,infinite worship of consumerism and excessive publicity of human-centeredness. As the cultural intension of the human society is represented more and more,emphasizing the meaning of ethical culture in economic development is a realistic subject of modem economic practice. So,this text attempts to analyze the harmonious construction between environmental ethics and economic development in terms of culture.
