| 摘 要： | 我国宪法规定人民法院依法独立行使审判权,不受行政机关、社会团体和个人的干涉。保证人民法院司法独立的同时,为防止司法权的滥用和司法腐败,必须将司法权置于舆论监督之下,以促使司法权和新闻舆论在互相制约、互相监督、共同追求司法公正的过程中实现价值平衡。

| Abstract: | The Constitution provides that the People's Court perform the judicial power identically without the interference of the office,community governed by self and privates.The judicial power should be supervised by the public to avoid the judicial bribe and abusing the judicial power.The value can reach a balance as the judicial power and media supervised and limited each other during purchasing the fairness of judgment. |
