| Abstract: | The problem of "internal person control" exists seriously in the listed companies in China, the import organization investors participated in the improvement and rectification of the listed companies so as to perfect the administration structure of the listed companies in China, and it is the effective channel for discussing to develop the organization investors further and perfect the harness of the listed companies in China. |
