| Abstract: | Nowadays, in the market economy, the problem of wage is a core issue for two sides of enter-prises. Therefore, to boost the collective bargaining system will involve many aspects, such as development of a nation, reform, stability, and government. It will also be the main contents of building a harmonious socialistic society. |
