| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的发展和经济的日益昌盛,银行卡已经成为消费、交易和贷款的重要工具。近年来,银行卡犯罪案件的上升速度惊人,由于银行卡犯罪的高科技性、跨国性和隐蔽性,其社会危害性是传统型财产犯罪无法比拟的,研究银行卡犯罪的特点、原因及预防控制对策对构建我国的和谐社会将有所裨益。

| Abstract: | With the development of technology and economy bank cards have become an important tool in consuming,trade and loan.Recently bank cards crime have been increased quickly and because it uses modern technology and crosses different countries and it is hidden.This kind of crime is more dangerous to the society in comparison with traditional property crime.Therefore,it will be useful for us to discuss the characteristics,reasons and preventative measures of the crime to construct our harmonious society. |
