摘    要:劳务派遣下被派遣劳动者与用工单位普通员工同工不同酬是我国现实生活中十分普遍的现象,其成因是多方面的.只有从同工同酬的界定开始,以劳务派遣的法律关系为基础,分析我国劳务派遣下同工不同酬的现象及成因并提出一些针对之策,才能对完善我国劳务派遣下同工同酬制度有所帮助.

Abstract:It is extremely common that the dispatched laborer could not get the equal pay comparing with the formal staff in labor dispatch,which is resulted from various causes.This thesis firstly definite the principle of equal pay for equal work,then dissects the legal relationship of labor dispatch and what caused the unequal treatment for the dispatched laborer,finally provides some advices to make some efforts for the perfection of the equal pay for equal work in labor dispatch.
