| Abstract: | Compare with the foreign legislation,real property acquired in good faith is the expansionary application of the Property Law for good faith acquisition system.The value foundation and theory basis of good faith acquisition system is a starting point of bona fide acquisition of real estate,so it has practical significance to analyze the constitutive requirements of the Acquistion of Real Estate in Good Faith. |
