| 摘 要： | 物业管理作为适应社会主义市场经济体制的一种房屋管理模式,是市场的一种经营行为,对各方面的权利义务要求十分严格,法律关系应十分明确。部门法定性作为立法、执法、司法的基本指导思想,必然会影响到物业管理法。物业管理法是社会法。
